- Can I try IntoMeeting for free?
- Absolutely. The Free plan gives you 3 meetings per month with up to 40 minutes each — no credit card required. Upgrade any time if you need more.
- What happens if I hit my meeting or transcription limit?
- You can still access your past meetings and notes, but new meetings will be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan.
- How does annual billing work?
- When you choose annual billing you pay upfront for 12 months and save 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your billing settings.
- Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the Billing page in your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period, and you keep access to your current plan until then.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of a paid subscription. After that, you can cancel any time but the current period is non-refundable.
- Is the Team plan available yet?
- The Team plan is coming soon. If you are interested, reach out to us and we will notify you as soon as it launches.
