By accessing or using IntoMeeting (“Service”) provided by Intonation Labs Pte. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
IntoMeeting is a real-time AI-assisted meeting tool that may provide live transcription, AI-generated answers, coaching tips, summaries, and related features. The Service is intended for professional use where you remain responsible for what you say, record, and share.
Recording and consent: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and internal policies, including laws on recording and transcribing conversations. Where consent is required, you must obtain it from participants before capturing audio or using the Service in a meeting.
You may not use the Service to:
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. transcripts, notes, uploads). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not use your meeting content to train shared or public AI models for advertising or unrelated purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party infrastructure and model providers process data under their agreements with us to operate the Service.
You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that your use does not infringe others' rights.
The Service software, branding, and documentation are owned by Intonation Labs Pte. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or exploit them except as allowed by these Terms or with our written consent.
The Service includes AI systems (machine learning models and related services) that generate transcripts, text suggestions, and other output. You should assume you are interacting with automated technology, not a human expert.
Outputs may be wrong. AI-generated answers, summaries, coaching tips, prep suggestions, debriefs, email drafts, and similar features may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. They are not verified by us. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You must independently verify anything material before relying on it—especially in client-facing, employment, regulatory, safety-critical, or high-stakes situations.
Transcription: Automatic speech recognition can mishear or omit content. You are responsible for the accuracy of any records or decisions you base on transcripts.
Sharing and exports: If you share a meeting link, export data, or copy AI output into other tools, you are responsible for what you distribute and for complying with confidentiality, employment, and data-protection obligations.
Use at your own risk: You use AI features voluntarily and accept that errors could affect your meetings or outcomes. See also Section 9.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intonation Labs Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of the Service or inability to use it.
Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) SGD 100, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including some consumer rights).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intonation Labs Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others' rights (including recording or data-protection violations).
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they apply. Courts in Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes (e.g. by email or in-app notice). Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
